About Us: We are a leading domestic manufacturer of ITS and transit related products based in Pembroke, MA. We serve the public transit, road & highway, and general commercial markets nationwide.

Join our team in Pembroke, MA, as a pivotal Project Manager. This is a dynamic role, you will be the central hub connecting sales, engineering, and production, managing the entire project lifecycle from initial scope to final client delivery. We are looking for a highly organized and autonomous leader who can direct client relationships, track complex timelines, manage customer expectations, and drive continuous process improvements. Key Areas of Responsibility:

Provide operational support to the sales team, helping them develop project scope documents and pricing options for potential customers and internal stakeholders.

Establish and organize project "kickoff" meetings as needed.

Support the Engineering and Production teams to ensure a clear understanding of each project, both before and after receiving a Purchase Order (PO).

Direct the client relationship process (post-PO receipt) to ensure clear and complete communication from production through final delivery and installation.

Establish and track expected project ship dates, monitoring progress to ensure expectations are updated as needed.

Gain and maintain product knowledge related to existing and new product lines, as well as their applications.

Lead investigations, form conclusions, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.

Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.

Previous experience in a technical field is helpful.
