Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourPosition Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s cabinet manufacturing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to coordinate daily operations efficiently. This role bridges communication between warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees to ensure clear direction and teamwork.

Support supervisors in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring warehouse tasks.

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.

Maintain organized and up-to-date warehouse records.

Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment as needed.

Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, efficient work environment.Qualifications & Requirements

Previous warehouse experience required; lead or coordinator experience preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Experience with inventory systems or basic data entry preferred.

Forklift experience or certification a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
