Are you passionate about hospitality, have a great personality, and love creating memorable experiences for guests? The Drake is looking for energetic and professional Bartenders to join our team.

As a bartender, you’ll not only craft consistent, high-quality cocktails but also deliver genuine hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and takes pride in representing our restaurant with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly service while following The Drake’s hospitality standards, including our 3-foot/5-foot guest acknowledgment rule.

Maintain full knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including ingredients and allergens.

Accurately prepare cocktails and beverages using proper recipes, measurements, and techniques.

Greet guests, take orders, process transactions, and ensure all food and drinks are properly accounted for.

Assist teammates as needed, including pre-bussing and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Ensure the bar is fully set up, stocked, and maintained throughout service.

Safeguard all money and liquor behind the bar.

Communicate with management regarding inventory needs or safety concerns.

Complete all opening, running, and closing side work, checking out with a manager before leaving each shift.

Requirements

Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication skills and commitment to hospitality.

Ability to follow recipes and standards consistently.

Must wear non-slip shoes and follow all safety procedures.

Prior bartending experience

Compensation

$10 per hour plus tips
