MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN (H/F)

As Senior Cell Culture Technician, you will be responsible for the development, execution and documentation of processes related to upstream cell culture and downstream exosomes purification.

You will help optimize exosome production and loading, using conVeyXO’s technologies.

Develop adherent cell culture processes in T-Flasks, Cellstacks and proprietary bioreactors in GLP for transfer to GMP conditions.

Carry out cell culture techniques (cryopreservation, aseptic handling under laminar airflow, use of disposable bioreactors, media exchange, harvesting, etc.). Prepare, fill in and compile accurate documentation to ensure data traceability and compliance.

Contribute to the implementation of new techniques/technologies/methods.

Support technology transfer to external GMP manufacturing partners.

or Bachelor in science with cell biology knowledge.

You have 5 years of experience in cell culture and EV downstream bioprocessing and/or drug delivery systems.

You have in mesenchymal stem cell culture and exosomes production.

Experience in a GMP environment and cleanroom handling is a plus.

You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast paced environment.
