Process & Project Lead

Description:

Due to the fast growth of the site and consequent high project load we are urgently looking for a Project & Process lead with pharma experience.

This lead function should have a broad generic skillset with process, utilities & GMP background.

This lead will support the Engineering team to support/lead Tier 3 projects.

Tasks

Lead support of projects: from project initiation until handover incl. engineering, tendering, construction, commissioning & Project control

Sub-lead support of bigger projects: leading a subteam and/or subscope

Leading feasibility and/or Engineering studies incl. alignment with house contractors and internal Engineers/SME's

Skills

Project mgt & control; generic knowledge on all aspects of the project cycle

Utility knowledge: HVAC, energy

Process knowledge

Construction mgt

Commissioning

People & change mgt.

GMP: Change control, area classification

Safety: work permits, LOTO
