Technically the Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing bookings, greetings guests, processing payments, and handling inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. They must master the spa's booking software (such as Book4time, Opera or equivalent) manage schedules to optimize occupancy and revenue and assist coordinating therapists'' appointments. They are also tasked with handling guest feedback, complaints and special requests with professionalism. In addition, they ensure that the reception area is always tidy, welcoming and aligned with luxury spa standards, and support the monitoring of the Fitness Center, maintaining its presentation and communicating any issues to management. Attention to detail in billing administrative reporting and follow-up is crucial. Guest orientated communication in an international hospitality setting.
