Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations within a construction-focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow, tax, debtors, and creditors.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, and industry-specific insight.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects
Oversee debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely payments
Monitor and manage company cash flow and working capital
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Support operational teams with financial insights and cost control
Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) (essential)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control
Proficient in accounting software and Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must have own reliable transport
Must reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate
