Description
We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person.Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn!
We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie'shistoric Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026

Internship Summary:
The Import of Records (IOR) team supports import and export operations, including but not limited to shipment logistics, documentation, and customer service. You will help verify shipment accuracy using invoices and other documents. Being an IOR intern you will prepare, distribute, or process documentation to ensure required documents are in place and correct. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to maintain process flows and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and processing documents and permits for international imports and exports
Maintain records of all transactions
Tracking shipments to ensure they arrive in a timely and precise manner
Data entry of shipping and cargo details
