The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and analytical RGM specialist to join the Commercial and Digital Development team and help drive profitable revenue growth across our Beauty & Fashion portfolio.

You will report directly to the Global RGM Director and play a key role in shaping the RGM strategy, and channel/customer mix to unlock sustainable growth.

What you'll get to do

• Lead RGM analysis and projects across categories and countries, in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Regional/Local teams.

• Identify and quantify revenue growth opportunities through RGM.

• Monitor key RGM KPIs and deliver clear insights and recommendations.

• Support strategic planning cycles (AOP, 3Y Plan) with data-driven RGM scenarios and simulations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RGM tools and dashboards by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and collaborating with system owners.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and track RGM initiatives at customer/channel level.

• Act as a key interface between RGM and Finance to build a shared language and vision for value growth.

• Champion a value-based mindset and support the RGM Director in capability building across the organization.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• 3–4 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence, Topline Controlling, Commercial Finance or related fields.

• Background in beauty, luxury retail, FMCG or consumer goods strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical foundation, with solid understanding of P&L dynamics, revenue levers, and commercial performance drivers.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI and/or data visualization tools.

• Experience working with sell-in and sell-out data, trade spend analysis, pricing or promotions.

• Comfortable translating data into actionable business recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions.

• Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive projects to completion.

• Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
