Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Sales & Marketing for Computed Tomography (CT)
The Head of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for driving the global marketing and commercial strategy for the business line. This role oversees multiple clinical and product marketing areas and ensures customer excellence across the value chain to strengthen the business line's positioning in the market. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, requiring a leader who crafts innovative go-to-market strategies, builds high-performing teams, and delivers measurable results across all marketing and sales dimensions.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You lead the global sales and marketing organization, fostering alignment and high performance across regions
You drive achievement of new order volume, product mix optimization, and pricing in line with business plan and market share targets
You define and adjust price positioning throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with product and portfolio management
You oversee global product rollouts and define presence at trade shows and industry events
You develop and implement global and regional marketing strategies, including product positioning and customer value propositions
You conduct quantitative market assessments and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions and tenders
You act as quality gate for escalations and multi-modality commercial projects
You manage pricing excellence processes, including unit volume forecasting and commercial support
You monitor sales performance metrics and lead data-driven improvements with country and zone teams
You identify new market opportunities and oversee strategic partnerships and key account development
You analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and portfolio decisions
You oversee execution of brand, digital, content, and product marketing initiatives
You ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
You align business line marketing with corporate marketing strategy to maintain a unified market presence

Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
You bring over 10 years of leadership experience in global marketing, business management, and/or sales roles, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
You have a proven track record of driving business growth and successfully leading cross-functional teams
You demonstrate expertise in commercial and go-to-market strategies, translating customer and market insights into impactful actions
You possess extensive regional sales and business management experience, with a strong understanding of dynamic and competitive environments
You have worked across diverse market contexts and can balance innovation, differentiation, and cost-competitiveness effectively
You offer significant marketing experience, including value proposition development, segmentation, customer excellence, and sales enablement
You bring deep insights into customer environments, business operations, and decision-making processes
You have demonstrated the ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures within a matrix organization
You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
You are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
