Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a
Product Development Specialist
to further strengthen the success of "meviy", our 3D on-demand manufacturing service, in the European market.
"meviy" is a next-generation manufacturing platform that enables companies to receive instant quotations simply by uploading their 3D CAD data. It streamlines the entire manufacturing process fast, digital, and efficient.Become part of our multinational team of around 300 employees representing over 33 nationalities across Europe. Your role and responsibilities:
You monitor the performance of one of meviy's main product lines and implement targeted improvements to optimize results.
You increase product awareness from a CAD user's perspective and develop effective strategies to attract and retain users.
You utilize BI and RPA tools for data collection, pricing analysis, and process automation.
You conduct customer surveys and interviews to gain insights that support the overall product and portfolio strategy.
You analyze the market and competitors using SWOT and GAP analyses, identify business opportunities, and forecast sales potential in the EU.
You propose product developments based on customer feedback and market needs, and you plan new product launches accordingly.
Your profile
You have several years of experience in engineering and product development, including solid CAD knowledge and a strong understanding of mechanical components, materials, surface treatments, and manufacturing standards.
You run and maintain RPA tools, with practical experience in Python programming.
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets using BI tools.
You bring proven project management skills with the ability to plan, lead, and track global projects, including responsibility for P&L and cross-functional coordination.
You possess in-depth knowledge of the European machinery industry and customer needs, combined with hands-on experience working in international teams and global project settings.
You are customer-driven and solution-oriented, with a strong background in product development and a structured approach to time and task management.
You communicate effectively in English with strong presentation skills and a professional academic background in a relevant technical field, Japanese is a plus.
