Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced EHR Sales Executive / Sales Representative to join our Chicago team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in software sales, loves building relationships, and enjoys helping healthcare organizations adopt innovative technology.

This is a remote role, with office visits required only for meetings.

What You’ll Do Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities for DrCloudEHR™ and other healthcare software solutions Build strong relationships with behavioral health and human services organizations Present, demonstrate, and sell the value of EnSoftek’s EHR software to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and successful software adoption Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in CRM systems What You’ll Bring Must-haves: Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, EHR/EMR solutions, or as a sales development representative Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills Proven “hunter” mentality with success driving new business and meeting quotas Strong organizational skills and clear thinking Nice-to-have: Prior experience selling EHR/EMR or healthcare software solutions Established book of business in behavioral health or human services sectors Familiarity with healthcare technology sales cycles and value-based care models Compensation & Benefits EnSoftek offers a competitive base salary plus an attractive variable compensation plan tied to new business.
