We're actively hiring an Accounting Clerk to join a growing organization. This role plays a key part in supporting daily financial operations across multiple divisions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely payments, and efficient record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter financial data into accounting software

Process invoices, issue vendor payments, and ensure proper coding

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare and post journal entries as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience with AP/AR processing

Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
