About the Role:

We're looking for a proven Implementation & Change Management Leader to step into the role of Global Product Implementation Lead within the Talent & Expertise Group (TEG) in Global IT. This is a crucial dual-responsibility role where you'll provide functional and HR leadership to a team of Global Product Implementation Managers while actively running key market rollouts yourself.

Your mission is to drive the global adoption of the Randstad Talent Platform (our new core digital platform built on Salesforce and Bullhorn technology), known as the x-one Program

Key Responsibilities & Why You'll Love This:

As the Global Product Implementation Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our global digital rollout, ensuring alignment between global standards and local market needs.

1. Global Product Implementation (Individual Contributor)

Lead market rollouts of the Randstad Talent Platform from A-to-Z, including on-site support during initial phases.

Guide markets through the implementation journey using the defined

x-one runbook, focusing on milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Act as the 'go-to' expert for all questions related to x-one functionality, future roadmaps, and the new global digital standard.

Lead the functionality impact analysis and guide local teams on necessary business configurations and data migration/testing.

2. Team & Community Leadership (Functional/HR Lead)

Functionally lead, mentor, and perform performance management for a team of Global Product Implementation Managers.

Foster an inspiring environment within the Implementation & Change Management Community of Practice.

Allocate resources, manage workload, and ensure execution of the Team Plan with a focus on ownership and accountability.

Act as the first escalation point for your team and Program Management.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for an experienced Randstad professional with a master's degree (or equivalent) and:

8+ years of experience in Implementation Management or Project Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven agile methodology expertise.

MUST HAVE: Strong knowledge of Randstad work processes is essential.

Fluent English, excellent communication, and a style flexibility to be "firm on content, soft on relationships."

A demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing global team.
