Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Hybrid Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of inside sales (phone and email communications, lead follow-ups, CRM management) and outside sales (client visits, presentations, on-site consultations). You will be responsible for promoting and selling both cleaning services and commercial building services to a range of clients in the Oshawa area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, following up on leads, and managing CRM records.

Perform outside sales duties, such as meeting clients on-site, conducting presentations, and providing tailored service solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Minimum experience in sales or customer service (training will be provided).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between inside and outside sales.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of cleaning and commercial building services is an asset but not required.
