Quality Control/Inspection Supervisor

Position: Quality Control / Inspection Supervisor

Location: Orillia, ON

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Industry: Manufacturing/Production/Quality/Industrial

Employment Term: Full-time/Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the quality inspection department.

Coordinate activities the department and ensure compliance with established company standards.

Review and approve all inspection reports.

Mentor, coach and lead staff to perform duties within established quality standards

Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post-secondary education in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience in a unionized production environment preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
