Job Description

Responsible for planning, organizing and management of the powder coating department

Will handle quality, safety, scheduling and implementation of lean continuous improvements processes

Will handle inventory control and employee development

Will optimize production line efficiency by monitoring density, line speed, down time, quality and overall productivity

Will identify opportunities and set metrics for process improvements and cost savings
