General Manager / Plant Manager

Salary Up to $160,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to US South

Ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a stable, well-established plant? We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to take the reins and drive operational excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the President.

What You’ll Do as the General or Plant Manager:

• Lead all plant operations: production, quality, shipping/receiving

• Champion Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement

• Own profitability, budgeting, and cash flow

• Drive cost control across labor, freight, and maintenance

• Oversee capital assets and facility upgrades

• Set and monitor KPIs for production and quality

• Lead and mentor department managers and operations staff

• Collaboration with the Board on financials and performance

• Communicate directly with customers on production matters.

Skills & Experience you need to be considered for this General or Plant Manager position:

• At least 7 years in converting, printing, or high-speed packaging and Rotogravure a plus

• Proven leadership in a unionized manufacturing environment

• Strong grasp of P&L, budgeting, and financial strategy

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills

• Travel Minimum but will require minimum of one international trip a year and occasional travel to headquarters and customer sites.
