Job Description
Candidates will be chosen from the Greenville County School System in conjunction with Launch GVL and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
BOH Intern will shadow Chef Jimmy Norris and Chef Trinity Norris in all aspects of the back of the house. The intern will receive school credit for 40 hours of work. The intern must provide a copy of his/her Serv Safe Certification and provide a copy of his/her driver's license and passport or birth certificate and social security card.
Duties will include dishwashing, prep, plating to go items, recipe development, purchasing and inventory control, cleaning, and compliance with the Dept of Agriculture standards.
