Salary $120,000 –$150,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Midwest U.S.

Responsibilities for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:

• Lead a team of supervisors and mechanics toward a proactive maintenance culture

• Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs

• Reduce unscheduled downtime and drive operational efficiency

• Ensure safety compliance and promote clean, organized work standards

• Champion continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:

• BS in Engineering or Technology OR equivalent experience with paper machines

• Minimum of 7 years of maintenance leadership in the paper industry

• Strong background in reliability and predictive maintenance

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams

• High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation.
