Restaurant Manager is responsible in financial management, people management and quality management of the store operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsible for the achievement of Net Sales, Cost and OPEX Targets. Delivering High Quality Food based on Japan standards. Ensure Efficient, Fast and Friendly service. Ensure shops compliance to Cleanliness and Image standards. Implement Food Safety Standards. Create a high-performance culture in the entire area operations by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards and goal attainment. Provides motivation and refresher programs, as well as constructive performance reviews to develop effective, high performing team. Manage People plan succession based on the approved Manning Guide. Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures in the area. Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures for the following: Cash Control System and Inventory Management and other audit control procedures. Monitoring of adherence to safety and security standards.
