Concrete Finisher – Fond Du Lac, WI

Pay: $24–$30/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time 1st Shift

We’re hiring Concrete Finishers who know how to bring a job home clean and on spec. You’ll be part of a crew working on commercial and residential foundations, flatwork, and restoration projects. If you’ve got a steady hand, strong work ethic, and pride in every slab you pour, this is the kind of gig that rewards quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality finishing work including troweling, edging, and patching

Set and strip forms for foundations, walls, and flatwork

Pour, spread, and level concrete to grade

Install rebar, mesh, and reinforcement as needed

Operate or assist with concrete pumps, screeds, and finishing tools

Read blueprints and follow layouts or site instructions accurately

Handle cleanup, restoration, and minor demo as part of the crew

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or Laborer (commercial or residential)

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Equipment skills (skid steer, forklift) are a plus

Comfortable working with different mixes, finishes, and form systems

Takes pride in the final product and owns the quality of the work
