JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

Assess mental health issues and develop treatment plans.

Keep up-to-date records, including new diagnoses and treatment assessments.

Follow guidelines for submitting notes from individual, couple and/or family sessions.

Collaborate with other mental health experts as necessary.

Manage online treatment files and clinical documentation. Work autonomously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Maintain liability/malpractice insurance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be fully licensed in the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (active, unrestricted license) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed within the professional field of mental health.

Must be willing to make a commitment to maintain an ongoing caseload of a minimum 12-customers weekly, including some weekends.

Must be able to work independently and good writing skills.

Have great listening skills.

Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player oriented.

Experienced in utilizing evidence based therapeutic interventions with customers.

Maintain and have an upbeat, positive, and compassionate attitude.Company Description

The corporation provides services to children, teens, adults, and older adults from all walks of life. There are immediate openings for LCSW's and LMFT's who are motivated, passionate, and engaged therapists to join the group practice and grow together as a team and understanding that it will take time to build up a caseload.

Already paneled? The office manager will do all the transferring of insurance panels for you.

The office manager will be there to support and guide the therapist through the processes and complete 99% of all the necessary paperwork for a successful transition. The office manager will also answer any questions. Please understand the onboarding process can take anywhere from 20-days to 9-months (depending on the insurance company) to become fully paneled/credentialed with the insurance companies and your patience throughout the process is greatly appreciate.

All administrative tasks, such as, but not limited to the following: billing, scheduling, insurance paneling and insurance verifications are managed by the office staff, which allows the therapists to focus on providing the best therapeutic services to the customers.

Training and various paperwork forms are provided.

Great percentage pay

Option for In-person (Office) scheduled appointments and/or teletherapy from your home office.

Consultation and support with the CEO/President and/or other license staff as needed.

Direct deposit of payroll bi-weekly.
