Job Description*:

· Leading and facilitating scrum of scrum meetings ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration between teams

· Track progress of cross team efforts, identify potential risks and report on the overall health of the scaled agile implementation

· Facilitating executive reporting and providing metrics by collaborating with multiple sprint teams

· Deep understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles and ensure adoption of the same across multiple teams

· Very experienced Agile practitioner and should be able to evaluate and measure the capabilities of the scrum teams. Should also be able to identify and help teams fix process gaps, process improvements, Agile capabilities etc to help drive productivity and ensure that the teams are truly operating in Agile mode.

· Should be able to work across multiple teams and drive process changes and improvements, Should be vocal on calls/discussions and be capable of projecting leadership and enforcing changes.

#Mandatory skills:

Agile experience, Scrum management, JIRA

#Desired/ Secondary skills:

Good communication and leadership skills
