STORE MANAGER ~ ASSISTANT MANAGER ~ SHIFT LEADER

Oberweis Dairy is seeking friendly Managers and Leaders with a passion for people!

Now Hiring:

- Store Manager : $45,000 to $56,000 + bonus

- Manager in Training : $50,000 to $53,000 + bonus

- Assistant Manager - $40,000 to $44,000 + bonus

- Shift Leader - $15 per hour

Locations: Throughout the Naperville, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Downers Grove, Western Springs, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Oswego, Aurora, St. Charles, Bloomingdale and Bartlett areas!

Skills We’re Looking For:

- Previous Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience in a Restaurant or Retail environment

- A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus!

- An understanding of Restaurant Operations, food preparation and service standards.

- Financial Management and budget experience.

- Cash Handling and POS Systems experience.

- Inventory Management and managing food costs.

- Time Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and met deadlines.
