Job Description:

As a Quote Execution Specialist, the right candidate will join the Projects Department and play a key role in preparing competitive quotes, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across exciting residential and industrial projects. Role and Responsibilities:

Analyse customer needs: Dive into incoming inquiries to fully understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate internally: Partner with finance and procurement teams to gather essential details, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.

Prepare quotes and tenders: Craft accurate and competitive price quotations based on cost analysis, market trends, and company strategies.

Maintain competitiveness: Ensure every quote strikes the perfect balance between profitability and market appeal.

Manage quote lifecycle: Monitor quotes from initiation to closure, following up on requests and adjusting as needed based on client feedback.

Maintain records: Keep detailed and organized records of quotes and client interactions.

Support project managers: Deliver timely and precise pricing information to empower project teams and strengthen customer relationships.

Take initiative: Embrace additional tasks that contribute to the success of the team and projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in quote execution or a similar role.

Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.

Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
