Toronto / Mississauga HQ (Partially remote). Global Operations. 300–350K All-In Compensation.

Are you a rising operations leader who wants to be groomed into the President’s chair? This is a rare opportunity to step into a COO role with a global payments technology company (~$55M revenue, 350+ employees worldwide) and build the foundation to one day run the business.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Lead and optimize operations across USA, Mexico, Canada, China, and beyond.

Deployment & Integration: Oversee successful deployment of products / services with seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Salesforce Administration: Manage Salesforce operations to strengthen CRM and support sales growth.

Training & Development: Build and roll out training programs that sharpen performance, technical skills, and knowledge.

Tariff Management: Ensure compliance and cost-effective strategies for international import / export.

Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to design and deliver long-term growth strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize productivity / efficiency.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and drive cohesive execution.

Qualifications

COO, MBA, chief operating officer

Proven senior operations leadership - ideally COO or equivalent.

Strong international operations knowledge, especially across USA, Mexico, Canada, and China.

Expertise in deployment, integration, Salesforce, and training development.

Solid understanding of tariffs, trade compliance, and global supply chain.

Strategic thinker and problem solver; confident decision-maker.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills - assertive but not arrogant.

Excellent communication (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / advanced degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
