Who They Are

We have partnered with a family-owned leader in the commercial construction space. They're looking for an aggressive sales leader to join the team as a territory sales representative, offering an excellent base, first-year guarantee, and uncapped commission. While the ideal candidate would live around Georgia, this is a remote role.

What You'll Do

Lead the growth and development of market presence, focusing on new account acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.

Establish and enhance partnerships with builders, ensuring a strong preference for products and fostering long-term business connections.

Actively maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to generate leads, increase sales effectiveness, and establish as the preferred supplier.

Employ professional selling skills and relationship-building strategies to expand opportunities for new and existing building projects.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, communicate effectively about projects, and assist in creating persuasive presentation proposals.

Enhance profitability by identifying and leveraging value-added opportunities in every project.

Champion commitment to safety by promoting and adhering to safety practices and standards.
