Lead Commercial Electrician

System Service & Engineering is a top-tier Mechanical,Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services company serving commercial facilitiesacross Northwest Florida.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician tooversee and run commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiencyfrom start to finish.

Qualifications:

6-10+ years of electrical experience (commercial focus preferred)

Proven ability to lead crews and run projects independently

Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

Lead electrical crews on commercial projects from planning through completion

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes

Work on both low- and high-voltage systems

Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Troubleshoot electrical issues using proper testing devices and tools

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite

Track and document work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
