We have an immediate opening for a Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site near Frant/Tunbridge Wells.

x1F6A8; Essential Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is ESSENTIAL.

* Must have your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Duties and Responsibilities: The role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the sites compound and welfare facilities.

* Compound Cleaning: * Cleaning and sanitizing all communal areas.

* Washing and disinfecting welfare units, offices, drying rooms, and meeting rooms.

* Emptying bins and ensuring proper waste disposal.

* Welfare Facilities: * Thorough cleaning of toilets, washrooms, and showers.

* Restocking toiletries, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitiser.

* Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen/canteen areas, including surfaces and appliances.

* Overall Site Duties: * General tidying of the compound area to ensure a safe and organized environment.

* Reporting any maintenance issues or low stock levels to the Site Manager.
