Role: Experienced Panel Wirer Location: Southampton (Totton) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Duration: Permanent Overview: We are seeking an experienced Panel Wirer with 5+ years' experience to join our workshop team.

You will assemble and wire control and metering panels, interpret schematics, carry out testing, and deliver high:quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities: :Assemble and wire panels from technical drawings and schematics :Perform mechanical assembly (drilling, cutting, installing components) :Conduct in:house testing (FAT) and troubleshooting :Mentor junior team members where needed :Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Requirements: :5+ years' panel wiring or electrical assembly experience :Strong knowledge of schematics and wiring practices :Skilled with hand tools and workshop machinery :Ability to work independently and in a team :Attention to detail and commitment to quality Desirable: :Experience with control, metering, or industrial panels :Familiarity with fault diagnosis and testing procedures :Driving licence Skills and Traits: :Reliable, proactive, and self:motivated :Excellent problem:solving and communication skills A great opportunity for a skilled Panel Wirer to take the next step in their career in a fast:paced, hands:on environment.
