ERP Manager – JD Edwards E1
We are seeking a results-driven ERP Manager with strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) expertise to lead the design, development, and support of ERP solutions. This role will oversee system stability, upgrades, and production support, ensuring ERP platforms meet business requirements and support long-term growth. This is a hybrid role and does require the candidate to be local to the Cincinnati area.
Responsibilities:
Lead management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to align with business needs and best practices
Oversee ERP upgrades, enhancements, and patches, coordinating with internal teams and vendors
Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to design solutions within JDE
Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance
Mentor and manage ERP support staff (internal and external), setting performance goals and ensuring delivery excellence
Coordinate with consultants for specialized support and system optimization
Stay current on ERP trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years supporting and developing ERP systems, with deep JD Edwards E1 experience (Finance/Accounting focus)
5+ years in an IT leadership role with project management and vendor management experience
Strong understanding of ERP modules, data integrity, and JDE file relationships
Proven success managing a portfolio of ERP projects and working across departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
