IT Enterprise Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support large-scale enterprise projects

Analyze business processes and requirements to develop effective IT solutions

Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage project documentation, workflows, and collaboration

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses

Support project planning, execution, and delivery by translating business needs into actionable technical tasks

Ensure alignment between business goals and IT capabilities throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments

Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project tracking

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Experience supporting enterprise-level IT initiatives
