Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Inbound calls only

Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues

Provide education and status on previously submitted per-authorizations or per-determination requests

Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance Requirements:

6 months of customer service experience with the same company

High School diploma

Goal-driven and detail oriented
