Position: Accounts cum Office Assistant
Location: science city ahmedabad
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduate with computer knowledge
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (Construction Contractor / Industrial Project preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounts & Billing
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, cash & bank).
• Check vendor bills, GRN entries, and reconciliation.
• Process site data and prepare daily MIS reports.
• Handle petty cash and maintain site expense records.
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
Office & Coordination
• Collect daily progress reports from site engineers and present them to management.
• Maintain labour attendance, material consumption, and site records.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Draft and file letters, emails, and documents.
Purchase & Material Management
• Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparison sheets.
• Prepare purchase orders and get timely approvals.
• Follow up on material delivery and maintain stock records.
• Arrange local purchases and urgent requirements.
General Administration
• Handle office filing, record-keeping, data entry, and documentation.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
• Assist in HR records, correspondence, and bank-related work.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & taxation.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage site-related data.
Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience.
