Agency Community Nurse - Westmeath

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our

team in Westmeath. This opportunity offers mostly mid week shifts but the candidate will

need to work one weekend a month. This is a great opportunity for an RGN with a passion

for community services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with best practices and clinical

standards

- Work collaboratively as part of a team

- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions

- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements

- Must be registered with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)

- Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience

- Eligibility to work in Ireland
