We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Riverside, CA.

What You’ll Do As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, financial performance, staff supervision, resident satisfaction, and facility upkeep.

You’ll serve as the face of the community and a key liaison between residents, vendors, and corporate leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the property team in achieving leasing, occupancy, and retention goalsOversee rent collection, delinquency management, and lease enforcementManage property budgets, financial reporting, and expense trackingSupervise and develop on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teamsEnsure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local regulationsPartner with marketing teams to execute outreach, resident events, and social media campaignsOversee maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor coordination to maintain high property standardsHandle escalated resident issues and foster a positive community environmentCollaborate with corporate departments on reporting, audits, and operational initiatives Who We’re Looking For3–5 years of property management experience (student housing experience preferred)Proven leadership and team management skillsStrong financial acumen and understanding of property budgetsExperience with Microsoft Office and property management software (RealPage/OneSite preferred)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing and local housing regulations What You’ll GetCompetitive base salary ($75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience)Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)Bonus eligibility tied to property performance and occupancy goalsCareer growth within a rapidly expanding organizationSupportive leadership, hands-on training, and collaborative culture
