Job Requirements
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dietary Manager preferred
Certifications Requirements: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), ServSafe Food Handler Certification, CPR certification
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in food service management; experience with long-term care facilities; familiarity with dietary regulations and safety standards
Other Requirements: Strong organizational skills; excellent communication abilities; physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Responsibilities
Provide oversight and ensure the proper preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare staff and management to develop and implement dietary plans tailored to residents' needs
Maintain accurate records of dietary procedures, inventory, and resident dietary restrictions
Document and report any issues related to food safety, equipment, or staffing to appropriate management
Execute quality control measures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility-specific dietary regulations
