Location: Fully Remote (with occasional hybrid/in-office as needed)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT

Compensation: Starting rate of $120,000 Performance Bonus, could be higher depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Family Law Attorney, you will play a vital role in guiding and advocating for our clients with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, modifications, and related cases.

Provide strategic legal advice, draft pleadings, and manage case preparation.

Handle client communications with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.

Collaborate with team members while independently managing case files.

Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with all legal and professional obligations.

Contribute to the firm’s culture of continuous improvement, service, and excellence.
