We’re looking for an experienced
Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our onsite maintenance team responsible for automated material handling systems. You’ll lead technicians, allocate resources, ensure maintenance quality, and handle escalations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance & Support Technicians
Assign tasks and manage daily resource allocation
Support and coordinate mechanical/electrical maintenance activities
Respond to and escalate automation system failures
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Verify the quality and completion of maintenance work
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations Support, Planning, and Control Room
Promote and ensure a safe working environment (HSE compliance)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance (automation/logistics)
At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Proficiency with technical documentation and CMMS tools
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluency in both English and Czech
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education:
Technical diploma or degree (Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
Preferred:
Certifications in maintenance or safety practices
Experience with warehouse management or automation systems
