Senior Accountant - Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90-105,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Senior Accountant - Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles

Demonstrated experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar preferred)

Ability to generate, analyze, and present financial data (actual, prior, and budget)

Skilled in analyzing trends, costs, and revenues to support forecasting and budgeting decisions

Ability to assist, train, and mentor junior team members

Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines

Senior Accountant - Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA) and/ or professional designation preferred (CPA, CFA)

Experience in multi-entity or project-based accounting environments

Background in renewable energy, logistics, construction, or heavy equipment industries

Familiarity with fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and consolidations

Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices
