Description:
Program on the console and set up CNC Mill by reading prints provided using 2D and 3D computer aided design and manufacturing software (CAD/CAM)
Identify and communicate tooling needs
Setup and load tooling for jobs
Load and unload parts
Deburr and mark parts as needed
Verify, using measuring instruments, surface finishes and tolerances according to print
Monitor tooling, coolant and oil levels on machines and adjust as needed
Troubleshoot normal program and machine issues
Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:
2-5 years’ experience setting up and running CNC mills
Associate's degree preferred
Hurco experience preferred
MasterCam experience preferred
Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued education
Quickly learn new systems and software
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Complete projects safely, accurately, and efficiently
