Senior Adobe Experience Cloud & Marketing Systems Administrator
Role Overview
The Senior Adobe Experience Cloud Administrator is part of the CRM & Marketing Technology team within KION IT and is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of Adobe solutions including Marketo Engage, Dynamic Chat, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Cvent, and ON24. This role ensures system stability, drives innovation across digital engagement channels, and supports marketing and sales teams through scalable processes and data-driven insights.
You will collaborate closely with functional leaders, business stakeholders, and IT partners to define, implement, and optimize solutions that drive customer engagement in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Adobe MarTech platforms, a proven track record in multi-channel campaign management, and the ability to integrate event and webinar platforms into a cohesive customer journey.

Core Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Governance
Serve as system administrator for Adobe Marketo Engage, Dynamic Chat, and AEM; oversee configuration, design, security, and end-user support.
Manage integrations between Adobe platforms, Cvent, ON24, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Establish and enforce change management, release management, and best practices for system maintenance, data integrity, and security.
Maintain user roles, permissions, and governance frameworks across Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Design, build, and launch multi-channel marketing programs across Marketo and Dynamic Chat (emails, landing pages, nurtures, webinars, event integrations).
Support end-to-end webinar and event workflows leveraging Cvent and ON24, including audience segmentation, data sync, and engagement tracking.
Develop personalization strategies using segmentations, dynamic content, velocity scripting, and behavioral data.
Implement A/B testing, nurture flows, and advanced reporting to improve performance and ROI.
Data Management & Insights
Manage marketing data processes: list imports, segmentation, de-duplication, and hygiene.
Enable advanced analytics and reporting (e.g., Marketo Revenue Explorer, Cvent/ON24 engagement data, AEM performance dashboards).
Partner with IT and Business Operations to ensure high-quality data flow across systems, including Salesforce.
Innovation & Enablement
Proactively research and recommend new Adobe capabilities and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and process documentation for end-users.
Support adoption of new features across Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and AEM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, including advanced administration, campaign design, and integrations.
Experience with Adobe Dynamic Chat, AEM, and at least one major event platform (Cvent or ON24) strongly preferred.
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Advanced Administration Certification required.
Proven experience with multi-channel campaign execution and end-to-end program management.
Strong understanding of MarTech integrations (Salesforce, Cvent, ON24).
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Adobe Marketo solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative, customer-first mindset.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
