Job Title: Recruitment Admin Intern (with Absorption Opportunity)
Work Arrangement: 90% Remote / 10% On-site (BGC, Taguig – for quarterly team events and occasional travels)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours/week

About the Role:
The Recruitment Admin Intern will provide comprehensive support to the recruitment operations team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, HR administration, and employer branding, with the potential for absorption into a full-time role upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and other platforms.
● Use and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
● Conduct recruitment market research and background checks.
● Assist with interviews, scheduling, and candidate monitoring.
● Design and post job advertisements using Canva across job portals and social media.
● Respond to candidate inquiries and monitor pre-employment requirements.
● Manage recruitment trackers and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
● Conduct onboarding micro-learning sessions for new interns.
● Attend virtual meetings and client calibration sessions.
● Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
● Available Monday to Friday with no class conflicts.
● Excellent English communication skills.
● Proficient in research, Canva, social media posting, and job ad writing.
● Proactive, strategic thinker with strong initiative and teamwork skills.
● Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.
● Goal-driven, open to feedback, and comfortable working with KPI's.
