Annual salary of £21,800

Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

40 working weeks per year – term time only

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards

Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment

Prepare and measure/weigh ingredients

Use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables and other foods

Presents and garnishes foods and portions according to guidelines

Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines

Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils

Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers

Experience

A DBS check will be required to complete your application

Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential

E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
