We are currently recruiting a Steward to be a part of our integral team at Officers Mess, Cambrai Lines, Munster Barracks, Catterick Garrison

£11.44 per hour

25 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Shift patterns between 5pm - 10.15pm

What you'll be doing

Cellar duties and cleanliness of bar/cellar furnishings and fittings

Assist line manager/supervisor with bar stock-checks

Serve food and beverages to customers

Operating tills and handling cash

Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services

Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery

Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work Perform daily paperwork; keeps diligent records as required Follow food hygiene and safety procedure

Experience

A DBS check will be required to complete the application process

Good numerical and communication skills

Training will be provided
