We are currently recruiting for a Bar Assistant to be a part of our fantastic team at Sparsholt College, Winchester, SO21 2NF

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve beverages to customers.

Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+)

Checking ID on entry

Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times

Stocking up the bar area

Glass collection

Organising and helping with events

Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required

Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.

Preparation of any other public facing areas as required

Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

Must be 18+

Previous experience working in a bar is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate

Must be a great team player

A DBS check is required for this role
