Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Document end-to-end financial processes including workflows, business rules, decision points, and handoffs

Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to understand existing processes and pain points

Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and process insights

Create current-state and future-state process maps using standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, swimlanes)

Analyze process performance, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, or simplification

Define and capture business rules, triggers, data inputs/outputs, and exception paths

Map processes to systems and controls to support risk and compliance alignment

Develop and maintain process documentation including procedures, process narratives, and control points

Support value stream mapping and capability modeling exercises to assess strategic fit and improvement potential

Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to support implementation of process improvements

Provide input to training materials and change management initiatives

Maintain a central repository of process documentation and ensure regular reviews and updates

Support internal audits, control assessments, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate process documentation

Show Us What You’ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

5+ years Business Analysis experience

Experience working on projects in the Banking and Payments domain

Ability to create Business Cases

Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders

Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage

Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department

Track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to problems

Ability to work across other related roles, for example Product Owner, as required

Agile methodology experience

Financial Industry experience
