Salary: $25/Hour
Lead Cook Responsibilities
May Include:
Settingup and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Preparing food for events
Setting up catering plating stations
hot box plate-ups and live plate-ups
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong teamwork and leadershipqualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
