I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, and today I balance life with my wife, our three kids, and enjoying the outdoors and farm life. Before opening my own State Farm agency 7 years ago, I worked for another agent in central Arkansas and even spent time as a welderexperiences that taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.

Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
